Forms of sexual harassment:

A) Physical behavior of a sexual nature: unwanted physical contact in a sexual manner (eg kissing, unwanted touching)

B) Verbal behavior of a sexual nature: unwanted sexual suggestions, unwanted or offensive flirting, innuendos as well as sexual jokes and comments)





C) Non-verbal behavior of a sexual nature: projection of pornographic images, obscene whistling or obscene gestures

D) Sexual harassment with gestures: closing an eye, hand gestures

E) Gender-based conduct: conduct that defames or ridicules or is intimidating or physically abusive to an employee because of his/her gender, such as derogatory or degrading abuse or gender-related insults.
